Printer cannot connect or be found
1. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone and that no other phone is connected to the device.
2. Check that the correct printer model is selected in the app.
3. Reset the printer to factory settings and restart your phone's Bluetooth. Some Android phones require GPS positioning to be enabled.
4. If the device is not found, go to system settings and search for it via Bluetooth. If the device is not found there either, it is a hardware problem; if it is found, try unpairing and re-pairing it.
5. It is recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app and then test the connection again.
6. It is recommended to try with another mobile phone to search and connect.
7. If the above does not solve the problem, it is likely a printer error. Contact niimbot in the app for support.

1. Try calibrating the paper feed via Bluetooth connection to the printer in the NIIMBOT app. Steps: App homepage - Me - My hardware - Paper feed calibration (select the correct paper type).
2. Reset the template, ensure the correct label roll is selected, then restart the printer and connect to print.
3. If the above methods do not work, it is preliminarily deemed a hardware fault. Please contact us by email: hello@labelmate.se for assistance with returning the printer.
Machine won't charge/turn on?

1. Connect the charging cable to a mobile phone to test if the cable is working properly.
2. If the charging cable is damaged, replace it and try charging again.
3. If the charging cable is working but the device still cannot be charged, it is most likely a printer error. Contact customer service/after-sales support for further assistance.

1. Check that the lid is properly closed.
2. Try to open the printer's paper tray and then close the lid again.
3. If the above methods do not work, it can be preliminarily judged as a printer error. Contact support in the Niimbot app.

When printing, is paper fed but nothing is printed?
1. Check that the label roll is correctly installed and that the correct paper type is selected.
2. If the label paper is correctly installed, you can check if the self-test page prints correctly by printing a self-test page.
To print a self-test page: Start the device – quickly press the power button twice – the device will print the self-test page.
3. If the self-test page prints correctly, check that the settings in the app are correct.
4. If the self-test page also shows errors, it is a printer error. Contact support in the niimbot app.
The printout is unclear. Why?
The printout is unclear. Why?
1. Check that you are using original NIIMBOT label rolls (original NIIMBOT labels have RFID tags).
2. Try rolling back the label paper, placing it in the paper compartment again, and performing a test print.
3. Try opening the printer's paper compartment and then closing the lid again.
4. Print a self-test page (refer to the content of the printed label).
To print a self-test page: Power on the device – quickly press the power button twice – the device will print the self-test page.
4.1 P≥L indicates that the label count limit has been exceeded.
4.2 Check the R-value. If it does not appear or shows ERR, there may be a machine fault or an error with the RFID chip in the consumables.
4.3 Try printing a self-test page again with a different roll. If the issue persists, send a picture of the self-test page and the RFID batch number of the material to support in the niimbot app for assistance.

1. Check that the label paper is installed correctly.
2. Check in the software that the correct label roll is selected.
3. Check that the correct template is selected in the app and that the size and print direction are set correctly, otherwise the print may be misaligned.
4. If the above errors are ruled out, it is preliminarily judged to be a printer error. Contact support in the Niimbot app for further assistance.

1. Check that you are using genuine NIIMBOT consumables (all NIIMBOT consumables have RFID tags).
2. You can press the printer's power button to calibrate the paper feed.
3. Roll back the label paper and place it into the paper bin again, aligned to the left, and test.
4. Print a self-test page (refer to the content of the printed label).
4.1 P≥L indicates that the number of labels has exceeded the limit.
4.2 Check the R value. If it is not displayed or shows ERR, it may be due to a machine error or an error in the RFID chip of the consumable.
4.3 Replace the consumable and print a self-test page again for testing. If the problems persist, please send a picture of the self-test page and the RFID batch number of the consumable to customer service for further processing/return.
What do the LED indicators/status mean?

Solid green: Power on / battery OK.
Blue: Bluetooth connected / printing active.
Flashing red: No paper / cover open / overheating / low battery (depending on flash pattern). See your model's manual for exact patterns.

- Only use recommended NIIMBOT labels (otherwise there is a risk of printhead damage).
- Clean the printhead carefully according to the video further down.
- Check that the label/material type in the app matches the actual roll.
- Ensure that the paper is correctly seated in the printer.
