Terms of purchase

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order via www.labelmate.se and related pages.
1.2. By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.
1.3. To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.


2. Order

2.1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
2.2. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect prices, technical problems or if the item is not in stock.
2.3. All orders are binding. If you wish to change or cancel an order after purchase, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.


3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT, where applicable. For customers within the EU, no additional taxes or customs duties are charged.
3.2. For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies depending on geographical location and/or payment method.
3.3. We offer several payment options, such as credit card (Visa, MasterCard), invoice, direct payment and bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country.
3.4. When paying by invoice, a credit check may be carried out. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee and late payment interest will be charged in accordance with applicable law.
3.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees without prior notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.


4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery area

We deliver within Sweden, the entire EU and Norway .
Deliveries within Europe and Norway are made via PostNord .

Normal delivery time:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • EU & Norway: 3–10 business days
    (delivery times are estimated and may vary)


4.2 Shipping cost

Shipping costs are added to all orders and are clearly stated at checkout before purchase is made.


4.3 Delays and stock status

If an item is out of stock or the delivery time is extended, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then be given the opportunity to change or cancel your order.


4.4 Transport responsibility

We are responsible for the goods during transport until delivery has taken place according to the chosen delivery method. Any transport damage must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time.


4.5 Early Bird

Delivery is made to a mailbox, letterbox or can be placed/hung by the door or mailbox if the shipment is too large. Delivery is made by a newspaper delivery person.

Please note: Responsibility for the package passes to the recipient after Early Bird has delivered the shipment.


4.6 PostNord Goods Mail

Availability depends on the postal code. The package is delivered to the mailbox or outside the door and notified via SMS from PostNord.

4.7 PostNord Parcel Box

Delivery is made to a selected PostNord Parcel Box. Notification is made via SMS or the PostNord app. The package is kept in the parcel box for a limited time before being returned to us.

The customer is responsible for picking up the package within the specified time frame.


4.8 PostNord Agent

Delivery is made to a selected PostNord agent. Notification is made via SMS, email or the PostNord app. The package remains with the agent for a limited time before being returned.

Uncollected packages will be charged a handling and return shipping fee.


5. International trade

5.1 Sales within the EU

We sell to the entire EU . For customers within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes. VAT is charged according to current EU regulations (OSS/IOSS where applicable).


5.2 Sales to Norway (VOEC)

Orders to Norway are handled according to the VOEC system (VAT On E-Commerce) .

This means that:

  • Norwegian VAT is included in the price at the time of purchase.

  • The customer does not have to pay VAT or customs duties upon delivery.

  • The package is delivered without additional charges upon receipt.


5.3 Trade outside the EU/Norway

When shipping to countries outside the EU and Norway, customs duties, import VAT or other local taxes may apply. These fees are paid by the customer and handled by the customs authority of the recipient country. Labelmate is not responsible for these costs.


6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. As a consumer, you have the right, according to the Distance Contracts Act, to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
6.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@labelmate.se and announce your decision.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping will be charged at SEK 79.
6.4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.


7. Complaints

7.1. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than three years from the purchase.
7.2. Contact our customer service at hello@labelmate.se with order number and description of the error.
7.3. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement product or refund.


8. Responsibility

8.1. Labelmate is not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper use of the products.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


9. Warranty

9.1. We offer a one (1) year warranty on all label printers from the date of purchase.
9.2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use or accidents.

10. Personal data

10.1. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
10.2. Personal data is used to fulfill our obligations and provide you with the best possible service.
10.3. You have the right to request an extract, correction or deletion of your personal data.


11. Disputes and choice of law

11.1. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Complaints Board.
11.2. Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
