Terms and conditions of purchase

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, place an order via www.labelmate.se and associated pages.
1.2. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions of purchase.
1.3. To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.


2. Ordering

2.1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
2.2. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect prices, technical problems, or if the item is out of stock.
2.3. All orders are binding. If you wish to change or cancel an order after purchase, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.


3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, where applicable. For customers within the EU, there are no additional taxes or customs duties.
3.2. For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies depending on geographical location and/or payment method.
3.3. We offer several payment options, such as credit card (Visa, MasterCard), invoice, direct payment, and bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country.
3.4. When paying by invoice, a credit check may be performed. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee and interest on arrears will be added in accordance with applicable law.
3.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees without prior notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.


4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery area

We deliver within Sweden, the entire EU, and Norway.
Deliveries within Europe and Norway are made via PostNord.

Normal delivery time:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • EU & Norway: 3–10 business days
    (delivery times are estimates and may vary)


4.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to all orders and are clearly stated at checkout before the purchase is completed.


4.3 Delays and stock status

If an item is out of stock or the delivery time is extended, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.


4.4 Transport responsibility

We are responsible for the goods during transport until delivery has been made according to the selected delivery method. Any transport damage must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time.


4.5 Early Bird

Delivery is made to the mailbox, letter slot, or can be placed/hung on the door or mailbox if the item is too large. Delivery is made by newspaper delivery personnel.

Please note: Responsibility for the package passes to the recipient after Early Bird has delivered the shipment.


4.6 PostNord Parcel Letter

Availability depends on your postal code. The package will be delivered to your mailbox or outside your door and you will receive a notification via text message from PostNord.

Please note: Responsibility for the package passes to the recipient upon delivery.


4.7 PostNord Parcel Box

Delivery is made to the selected PostNord parcel box. Notification is sent via SMS or the PostNord app. The parcel is stored in the parcel box for a limited time before being returned to us.

The customer is responsible for picking up the package within the specified time frame.


4.8 PostNord Agent

Delivery is made to the selected PostNord agent. Notification is sent via SMS, email, or the PostNord app. The package remains with the agent for a limited time before being returned.

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee for handling and return shipping.


4.9 Unclaimed parcels

If the customer does not collect their parcel from the selected service point or parcel box within the time specified by the carrier, the parcel will be considered uncollected and returned to us.

For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee corresponding to our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, handling, and administration. The fee is currently SEK 79.

Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, as the goods have not been collected and received by the customer.

If the customer wishes to have the item re-shipped after returning it to us, a new shipping cost of SEK 59 will be added.

5. International trade

5.1 Sales within the EU

We sell throughout the EU. For customers within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes. VAT is charged in accordance with applicable EU regulations (OSS/IOSS where applicable).


5.2 Sales to Norway (VOEC)

Orders to Norway are handled according to the VOEC system (VAT On E-Commerce).

This means that:

  • Norwegian VAT is included in the purchase price.

  • The customer does not need to pay VAT or customs duties upon delivery.

  • The package is delivered without additional charges upon receipt.


5.3 Trade outside the EU/Norway

For deliveries to countries outside the EU and Norway, customs duties, import VAT, or other local taxes may apply. These fees are paid by the customer and handled by the customs authorities in the recipient country. Labelmate is not responsible for these costs.


6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. As a consumer, you have the right under the Distance Contracts Act to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@labelmate.se and notify us of your decision.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping will be charged at $79.
6.4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt and approval of the return.
6.5. Returer godkänns endast om samtliga villkor enligt punkt 6 är uppfyllda. Produkter som har varit öppnade, använda, saknar originalförpackning eller på annat sätt inte är i väsentligen oförändrat skick godkänns inte för retur och återbetalning sker då inte.

 


7. Complaints

7.1. Om en vara är defekt eller felaktigt levererad har du rätt att reklamera enligt konsumentköplagen. Reklamation ska ske inom skälig tid och senast inom tre år från köpet.
7.2. Kontakta vår kundservice på hello@labelmate.se med ordernummer och beskrivning av felet.
7.3. Vid godkänd reklamation står vi för returfrakten och erbjuder ersättningsprodukt eller återbetalning.


8. Responsibility

8.1. Labelmate is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage.


9. Warranty

9.1. We offer a one (1) year warranty on all label printers from the date of purchase.
9.2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
9.3. For warranty matters, please contact hello@labelmate.se with the order number and a description of the problem.


10. Personal data

10.1. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
10.2. Personal data is used to fulfill our obligations and provide you with the best possible service.
10.3. You have the right to request an extract, correction, or deletion of your personal data.


11. Disputes and choice of law

11.1. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
11.2. Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions of purchase.
