What do you sell?

We sell label printers and labels from the Niimbot brand via our online store to private individuals throughout Europe and Scandinavia.

Are you a Swedish company?

Yes, we are a Swedish company and comply with Swedish consumer purchase law and distance contract law.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are a pure online store and only sell online. We are distributors and resellers of the Niimbot brand. Are you a company and want to sell Niimbot products? Contact us!

How do I place an order?

You add items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase by selecting a payment and delivery method. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not been shipped, we can usually help you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer secure payments via established payment providers. You can pay by card or Klarna. If you are a business and would like an invoice or receipt for your purchase, please email us!

Is it safe to pay with you?

Yes, all payments are made via encrypted and secure payment solutions.

When will the money be withdrawn?

Card payments are deducted immediately. For invoices or partial payments, the terms and conditions of the payment provider apply.

If I shop from Norway, do I need to pay customs duty?

No, we are affiliated with VOEC and pay tax to the Norwegian government so that you, as a Norwegian customer, will not incur any unexpected charges.

How long is the delivery time?

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days within Sweden, unless otherwise stated. All packages leave our warehouse no later than 2 business days after the order is placed, after which it depends on the shipping provider and the choice you make as a customer at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. It costs between SEK 59 and SEK 99. For orders over SEK 799, shipping is free within Sweden.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We currently use PostNord and EarlyBird. Outside Sweden, we only use PostNord, and for deliveries outside Sweden, we always use traceable packages.

How do I track my delivery?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if you have selected PostNord. You should also receive a notification on your phone that a package is on its way!

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us by email before returning the item and we will send you instructions for the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs SEK 79.

When will I get my money back?

Refunds are normally made within 10 days of us receiving and approving the return.

How do I make a complaint?

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos and videos. 

How long does a complaint take?

We handle complaints as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days.
