Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, place an order via www.labelmate.se and associated pages.
1.2. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.
1.3. To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Order
2.1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
2.2. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of obvious errors, such as incorrect prices, technical problems, or if the item is out of stock.
2.3. All orders are binding. If you wish to change or cancel an order after completing the purchase, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT, where applicable. For customers within the EU, no additional taxes or customs duties apply.
3.2. For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies depending on geographical location and/or payment method.
3.3. We offer several payment options, such as credit card (Visa, MasterCard), invoice, direct payment, and bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country.
3.4. For invoice payments, a credit check may be performed. In case of delayed payment, a statutory reminder fee and interest on arrears will be charged according to applicable law.
3.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees without prior notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.
4. Delivery

We deliver within Europe.
Normal delivery time:

Sweden: 2–5 business days

EU & Norway: 3–10 business days

4.2 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are added to all orders and are clearly stated in the checkout before purchase is completed.
4.3 Delays and Stock Status
If an item is out of stock or if the delivery time is extended, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then be given the opportunity to change or cancel the order.
4.4 Transport Responsibility
We are responsible for the goods during transport until delivery has taken place according to the chosen delivery method. Any transport damages must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time.
4.5 Unclaimed packages
If the customer does not pick up their package from the chosen service point or parcel locker within the time specified by the carrier, the package will be considered unclaimed and returned to us.
For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee corresponding to our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, handling, and administration. The fee currently amounts to 79 SEK.
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, as the goods have not been picked up and received by the customer.
If the customer wishes to have the goods resent after they have been returned to us, a new shipping cost of 59 SEK will be added.
5. International Trade
5.1 Sales within the EU
We sell to all of the EU. For customers within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. VAT is charged according to applicable EU rules (OSS/IOSS where applicable).
5.2 Sales to Norway (VOEC)
Orders to Norway are handled according to the VOEC system (VAT On E-Commerce).
This means that:

Norwegian VAT is included in the price at the time of purchase

The customer does not need to pay VAT or customs upon delivery

The package is delivered without extra charges upon receipt
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act.
6.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@labelmate.se and communicate your decision.
6.3. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping will be charged at 79 SEK.
6.4. Paid shipping is non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the products that have been returned.
6.5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt and approval of the return.
6.6. Returns are only accepted if all conditions in section 6 are met. Products that have been opened, used, lack original packaging, or are otherwise not in a substantially unchanged condition will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
7. Complaints
7.1. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than three years from the purchase.
7.2. Contact our customer service at hello@labelmate.se with your order number and a description of the fault.
7.3. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement product or a refund.
8. Liability
8.1. Labelmate is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Warranty
9.1. We offer a one (1) year warranty on all label printers from the date of purchase.
9.2. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents.
9.3. For warranty claims, contact hello@labelmate.se with your order number and a description of the problem.
10. Personal Data
10.1. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.
10.2. Personal data is used to fulfill our obligations and provide you with the best possible service.
10.3. You have the right to request an extract, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
11. Disputes and Choice of Law
11.1. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
11.2. Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
